A striking pink core with crystalline transparency. The nose opens with floral notes of violet, then hints of cherries and strawberries. Refreshing notes of aromatic herbs, such as mint and lemon verbena are the finishing touch and make this wine fresh-tasting and inviting.  Warm, well-balanced and pleasantly dense. Long, vibrant, joyous finish.

Marco Bacci born in Florence province on the May 9 1959 from a Tuscan family with roots in the region since ever. At the age of 19 he started to work in the family business that was a small company of clothing business with an average production of 300/500 pcs a day. In less than 2 years he took the number to 20.000/25.000 pcs a day and the company became one of the leader not only for clothing , but more focalized in fashion. In the meantime he started a real estate company , that was the golden time for the activity. In few years the company owned multiple locations with different kind of buildings.

In 1984 he bought Castello di Bossi that was 1 quarter of what the winery is today. The wine was the last of his thoughts , but he started as hobby and in 1985 he made the first important label, the Corbaia. He personally managed wine and fashion togheter for many years .
During the African experience he purchased a game ranch in Zimbabwe (40.000 acres) and was involved in the conservancy project to save the Black Rhino from extinction.

From 1996 the wine and estate became the main focus after selling the clothing companies. In 1998 he purchased Renieri in Brunello di Montalcino appellation and he cut down the existing vineyards , starting from zero with new concept of density and quality direction (it took 10 years to have the first bottle of Brunello in hand).

In the year 2001 he purchased Terre di Talamo, in the Morellino di Scansano appellation. The dream to own the 3 best Tuscan appellations, with Sangiovese direction, came true; Chianti Classico at Bossi , Brunello di Montalcino at Renieri and Morellino di Scansano with Terre di Talamo. Marco owns also 100% of International Consulting and Trading . The company is specialized in real estate and wineries acquisition. Hobbies: free diving, fishing, hunting, skiing, sailing, flight and a passion for Ferrari. Marco speaks Italian, English and some French. He is the father of 3 children Jacopo, Barbara and Bendetta; his best friend is Babà a funny dachshund.

Jacopo Bacci was born in 1984 and grew up in Florence. After attending the scientific high school he has attended the University of enology in Florence. At the same time between 2004-2006 he started his work life between Italy, UK and German working with the importers of the Bacci Wines Group.

After 2 years of experience in Europe he has started his adventure in the USA/CANADA Markets. First working side by side with the National Importer and after 2 years opening new direct distributing lines in the States for the new wineries of the Group. This has been a new successful route for the distribution but also more challenging then the traditional 3 tears system. The US market is one of the most complicate Market for the distribution of alcoholic beverages because every federal state has different regulations and some of them are 100 years old. For that reason the target every year was to visit and touch more cities in the States to find direct channels, build the sales teams and create events to give visibility to the brands. Since 2009 he has also developed the key Asians Markets (HK, Thailand, Singapore) for the BacciWines Group.

This job has given Jacopo also the chance to grow up in different continents, different cultures expanding his view on the world. The discovery of new places, new cultures, and the chance to meet new peoples has been one of the most interesting parts of his life up to now and made his job not only a job but also a lifestyle.

Serg Bell  is a Singaporean businessman, entrepreneur, investor and speaker, co-founder, CEO and chair of the board of Acronis, a global data protection company. Bell has filed more than 200 U.S. Patents.

Bell came to Singapore in 1994 and became a Singaporean citizen in 2001.

Characterized by a lovely purple color with vibrant reflections. Well-defined aromas, predominantly of fruit, such as cherry and berries, enriched by pleasant spicy notes and hints of aromatic herbs. Well-balanced on the palate with an alcoholic component that blends in nicely with the soft tannins, enlivened by a distinct acidity. Drinkable finish.

Bright ruby red color, definitely dense. Broad, fruity bouquet with distinct notes of cherry and prune accompanied by sweet notes of red fruits, such as currants. Hints of nutmeg and cloves in the finish. Smooth on the palate thanks to soft, well-distributed tannins. Good balance between alcohol and acidity with a long, enjoyable and appetizing finish.

Dense, glossy purple color. Great visual impact. The nose first picks up the spicy notes of cinnamon and cloves, leaving fruits such as currants the task of enhancing a complex bouquet exalted by oaky notes. The good tannic fabric is impressive. Balanced entry and acidic component balanced by a solid, but not aggressive, body. Lovely, long finish with pleasant, fresh notes.

A highly-intense ruby color with an enviable shine. Impressively complex nose with a bouquet that ranges from licorice and quina to balsamic notes, and with spicy hints of prune and cherry. Definitely pleasant. Silky on the palate, dense without being too concentrated, and with wonderfully-balanced alcohol and acidity. A crescendo of flavors in the lovely, long finish.

Classic with its luminous, amber color. On the nose, the notes of dry figs and dry prunes open to those of almonds and hazelnuts, followed by tamarind and ending with the spicy hints of cloves and cinnamon. Mouth-filling palate. Creamy but not sugary, because vibrant and fresh-tasting. Very long finish with a fruity aftertaste.

The colour is an intense green, with beautiful tonality. On the nose it expresses a strong fruity, very fresh fragrance, accompanied by a more nuanced sensation of vegetables, where the aroma of artichoke stands out. In the mouth it is enveloping but elegant, with a spicy aftertaste of medium intensity, persistent and pleasant.

Intense, ruby-red color with nice transparency. The nose reveals fresh, nearly-juiced, fruit with cherry and strawberry prevailing. Spicy nuances of pepper, as well as violets, enhance the bouquet. Full-bodied but not heavy thanks to tightly-knit, yet not-aggressive, tannins. Crisp but well-balanced acidity and effectively-containing alcohol. Lovely, succulent, clean finish.

Intense ruby red color but with excellent transparency. The nose reveals a classic bouquet of cherries and prunes that open to more sophisticated notes of slate. Complex on the palate, a touch of tartness is accompanied by balanced tannins. Vibrant, succulent body. Exciting finish with a richness of flavor and returning hints of ripe fruit.

Nice purple color, thanks to ruby nuances, and pleasant transparency. The nose reveals lovely minty notes that open to green pepper, juicy red fruits such as cherry, softened by balsamic hints. Lovely broad entry, rewarding, not-too-heavy texture and intense freshness. Lingering, flavorful, enjoyably-savory finish.

Wonderful, concentrated, ruby-red color with distinct purple nuances. The aromatic component opens up as expected, first showing dark berries such as blueberry and mulberry then spicy notes such as juniper and pepper, followed by well-defined notes of leather and tobacco. The entry is mouth-filling showing a full body with unresolved tannins blending with the alcohol. Long, flavorful finish enlivened by well-balanced acids.

Deep, intense, inky ruby-red color. Broad bouquet that opens up with ripe fruit such as prune, followed by small fruits such as currants and blueberry. Balsamic hints introduce spicy notes completed by minerals. The palate reveals grippy tannins balanced by a strong yet not excessive alcoholic component. Well-balanced acidity and a finish that grows in flavor.

Lovely ruby-red color, concentrated and still transparent, with hints of garnet on the rim. Broad and varied bouquet refreshingly minty at first then enhanced by distinct notes of berries, in which currents and mulberries stand out. Pepper and cloves in the spicy finish. Well-balanced on the palate. The mouthfeel has a thick texture with integrated tannins, good balance between acids and alcohol. Appetizing, long, flavorful finish.

Great visual impact, where the well-defined straw-yellow color alternates with green hues that create a lovely transparency, vibrant at the end. The nose reveals vegetal scents of sage and laurel first that open to a subtle myrtle with strong notes of iodine and brine, then fruity scents of yellow plum and Golden Delicious. Pleasant, initially-mouth-filling palate followed by a bold acid note and a lovely, long salty finish.

A subdued yet interesting color due to the green hues in the straw-yellow center. Fruit plays the main role with notes of green apricot that open to peach and white currants, followed by notes of marjoram and lesser calamint. Solid on the palate initially then succulent and vibrant, ending with an appetizing salty note. Lovely zesty tones of grapefruit and citron in the finish.

Beautifully lustrous showing gold and transparent green hues. Flowery on the nose with chamomile first, then a vegetal note of tea and ending with flowery notes of dried apricots and pineapple and hints of white pepper. The palate is elegant thanks to a balance between the creamy, warm, smooth part and the crisp acidic part. Gives its best in the warm and powerful finish.

Ruby red color with a rather high transparency. Scents of Mediterranean bush, such as laurel and rosemary, followed by fruity notes of cherry. Juicy on the palate, elegantly balanced with soft, well-distributed tannins.  Warm, well-balanced body with a long, fruit-washed finish.

A lovely, bright purple color upon visual inspection. Vibrant and sufficiently transparent. Pleasant, balsamic, minty notes open to fruity ones, with  prunes and currants prevailing. Broad, full-bodied and creamy on the palate, with delicate, well-distributed tannins. Lingering notes of berries in the finish.

Bright purple upon visual inspection. Striking and complex on the nose with leather, tobacco and licorice up front, followed by the inviting freshness of grilled green peppers. Juicy and inviting on the palate with an intriguing progression of flavors, where a salty quality is well-defined and appetizing without being excessive.  Delicate, elegant tannin for a truly enjoyable finish.

Nearly inky and intensely purple upon visual inspection. Impressive aromas, first revealing the juice of berries, such as red currants and blueberries, lifted by vegetal notes, such as tarragon and sage, and completed by spicy hints of pepper and cloves. Inviting and succulent on the palate due to the well-defined tannic texture. Fresh, acidic tone in the long finish.

Our property is 700ha with 3 different buildings (each one with its own swimming pool) that are hosting a total of 19 apartments (80 beds). At the center of the property there is the castle that is hosting the reception and the wine bar. We suggest to come by car or other own vehicle.

Each apartment has wifi and it own sheets, towels, cutlery, pots, vanity set, toaster, boiler etc

Domestic animals are welcome in Castello di Bossi; we simply ask to have them at leash when they are in the common areas and to collect their…

You can rent a bicycle, do a trekking between the vines and the forest, do a truffle hunting, painting class, cooking classes and wine tasting.

Castello di Bossi is just 20 minutes from Siena; all around it’s plenty of small villages as San Gusmè and Villa a Sesta. Restaurants are all over at most 15 minutes by car.

Breakfast service is available and it’s delivered (when the service is booked)  each morning at 9am. The Italian breakfast is including fresh pastry, fresh bread, marmelades, yogurt, milk, juices, typical biscuits, tea, honey etc. Gluten free option also available.

Each of the 3 buildings has its own swimming pool and they are at exclusive usage of the hotel.

Wine tasting are always available by appointment as we are working on tailor made wine tasting.
We have more than 20 wines available and vintages up to 1961.

From April until October we are doing aperitif each day after 6pm. In the other months aperitif are available from 6 pm during the weekend. In any case, you can stop whenever you want to eat cheese, cold cuts, bruschetta and of course some good wine.

We don’t have yet a restaurant (buti t is on the agenda) but at our wine bar you can try our selection of local coold cuts, bio cheese and a super selection of bruschetta.

Together with a professional truffle hunter (and his funny dogs) you will discover the precious truffles inside our property. Tour is lasting around 3 hours and it is suggested to wear an outfit that is suitable for outdoor and mud.

We have 21 different labels of wine between red wines, pink, white wines and spumante…we can let you try Chianti Classico, Morellino di Scansano and the rewared Brunello di Montalcino. You can try wines up to 1961..what’s your choice?
